Some recent archealogical findings

I just came across these two archelogical findings..  These all remind us that there are plenty of such things buried under, for which no effort is taken by our government..

The following findings are also occasional and by chance.

A 1200 years old Ishwaran temple..  It was found by  chance when a social activity was done..

Note.. how the hindu mischievedly reported this news as below.

The main deity is Madhayana Eswarar. Also present are images of Lord Vinayaka and the phallic symbol inscribed on a granite stone .

Doesnt N.RAM know that its called as lingam?  No end to this marxist hatred for Hinduism.. some one sarcastically called THe Hindu as “Mount Road Mao” :)

A 1200 years old pallava inscriptions..

I think, only god knows, how far these findings are properly researched in to..  The ASI in India is mostly used to hide historic information rather than explore it..  as evident from its recent report that “There is no proof that Ram  Existed”

Why isnt our people demanding proper research in to our history, and proper exploration of all our findings..

There are small efforts going on here and there..

A group of professionals in chennai are attempting to document all dilipated temples around chenai.  you can see all their findings at templesrevival.blogspot.com

The silence of the good and learned does much more harm to Hinduism an d India than the activities of the bad people.

I agree that we should do more research in India.

ASI should have avoided saying that “There was no proof for Ram”. When millions of people believe that Ram is an incarnation of Lord Vishnu, they should have shown more respect. I don’t know what they were snorting.

Most Indologists think Ram would have lived around 1450 BC. Though they can’t produce any proof for that. Its just their expert opinion.

But why blame the ASI for hiding proof of Ram’s existence? What proof do you think they are hiding?

I don’t think ASI would hide evidence. They were just misguided when they made that statement. Its very difficult to find evidence for someone’s existence, when he lived 3500 years back.

It will be wonderful if they do more research in collaboration with our neighbors in the North West. But, considering the chaotic conditions in those countries, that may not happen anytime soon. We can hope though.

I think N Ram have no idea about what you call “Shiva Lingam” as he is a recent citizen to Chennai.

See the coincidence. He is named “Ram”!

ASI will always keep probing whether Rama existed? Was there a temple or Fort in Ayodhya? Excavation process is always on…

They will say “Rama did not exist” last week…

This week they will say “We are probing”

After that they will say “Ram Sethu was not man made”

In next few days they will come out saying “Ram Sethu looks like man made”

I think ASI comes out with their findings only after the approval of those “secularists” .

I feel that definitely they can come out with their findings if they probe into it with freedom. There are so much of places where Rama is said to have travelled on his way to Lanka for a war with Ravana. Sabarimala has a story connected to Ramayana. Even Thiruvanmiyur is said to be named after Valmiki. Kuchasthalai River near Thiruthani is said to be named after Kucha who used to bathe here, when he grew up at Valmiki’s Ashram. There are hundreds of such places, which are known to common man like me. If ASI takes up the task to find out the evidences, am sure they will succeed to atleast 10% which would throw more light on it..

If govt. thinks that Rama did not exist, can they releive all the Ram temples under their control and handover them to the religious gurus?

Thanks priya.. Ram dated to 1450 BC . then does rama belong to vedic or IVC? :) because, i read in archana’s blog, that rama is black.. (i could not come out from sukumar’s post yet :) )..

There are lot of archeological sites, remaining unexplored.. in my own village, there is a 12th century ishwar temple in ruins.. but who cares to explore it..

Btw, ASI is just a government department.. their report is not just an ordinary mistake.. it just proves, what will happen, when india is controlled by a person, who is a sacrifice actor :) , an idol smuggler (this news known thanks to our JJ), and whose root lies in vatican than in india..

I often wrote about missionary conspiracy.. and this rama episode is just a continuation of sabarimala, tirupati and guruvayur episode.. they had a simple tactics.. whatever is holy to our pagan religion, break that holyness.. then everything will fall in line..
